Last year has been challenging througout the World. Admiwin has however faired reasonably well due to two significant projects: The M&A Project between Pistesarjat and Indutrade and the strategy work conducted for Laiho Group. In addition, we lost our long-term partner and Board Member Pertti Asunmaa so serious illness in November. Senior Advisor Jukka Hallman was nominated as vice member to the Board. From the beginning of this year, MBA Vesa Hietalahti joined us as new Senior Advisor.

Admiwin Ltd. has carried out an analysis work with international scope about non-organic growth for the listed company Raute Oyj during autumn. Raute Oyj is the world’s leading supplier of plywood and veneer machinery with sales of 181 M€ in 2018.

Masino Oy and Suomen TPP Oy have closed and arrangement where Masino acquired 85 % of Suomen TPP shares. As a result, Masino’s sales will rise to approximately 50 million euros. Admiwin acted as an advisor to both parties.
